what head should I get? I need a new head for next year. I play D, and I need something mucho stiff.
should i get a razor, wizard, matrix,proton, or x2? or something else I didnt list. Any help would be great, speceally from you D players, which I know there arnt as many out there.

I don't think a D-Man needs to worry about his head that much, just find one you like, and get it.

Let middies and attack worry about thier heads. You just need to make sure you get a strong shaft so it doesn't break when you crack people with it

i've got a wizard and an x2.....both very nice
also have an edge plus
they are all very nice head, and very stiff
also nice and offset so you hang onto the ball when you get it (know it's hard to move w/ a d stick)

For d i strongly reccomend a Revolution. There hands down the best kead i feel was ever created. My personal favorite, and i play both attack and defence (crappy team, im the olny one that really knows how to play both)

Also the x 2 is my 2nd choce, these 2 heads are supurb, and you shouldnt need any thing else. Just make sure as with any head, i reccomend you shower with it. Dont put it in the dirrect watter, but let the steem moisture get ti it and the leathers, if the head dries out, it will become brittle.

My choices for you would be either a revolution, or an x2. Also, for defence, i found the rocket pocket to be hella nice, it just allows you to float the ball down the field, it is easy to go.

For shafts, a nice brine powergrip titanium is the force to be reckoned with now a days. Dents any other stick like a mo fo, strong, and will not dent for any thing. Either that, or a nice warrior c405. These 2 sticks are my choice for playing. For attack my stick is the revolution on a warrior c405 with mesh. My back up is the X2 on the same shaft.

for defeince i use the revolution with rocket pocket on the powergrip. or my back up x 2.

revo's are actually very flexible....
and they give me waayyyyyy too much whip
and the shaft....pfft
try a rocket pocket in an x2 on a shamrock r705

For my long stick, I have a brand new Revolution (really like it, but never played with it yet, just thrown around and played with other people's Revolutions) on a Warrior Titan Classic. For my back-up I have a Edge Aero on a Warrior C405 short stick. I would reccomend everything mentioned, except the Edge Aero.

yaaaaaay. I finally ordered a head. A mohawk mission. dyed gold, (school colors) with a pochie pocket.(rocket pocket makes them) hopefully its in stock. Thanks for all the help. i really looked into a lot of those heads, but one dude said, i forget who, it doesnt matter what head a d-man has. so i thought I might as well go for the coolest, stiffest one i could find.
