                                    440 hp in a 2200lbs car? That seats four? Mild steel tube frame with a fiberglass body?

                                    A company run by a man who loves cars and doesn't have to please his investors by building compromising cars, since he owns the company outright?

                                    One fo the few car companies that has avoided being unionized, by not abusing it's employees?

                                                        Actually, Land Rover truck side is now owned by BMW. The car division recently sold for 1 pound (about a buck, 2 quarters and a dime.

                                                        The new Range Rovers are built on a BMW X5 chassis.

                                                        for that matter the Hummer H2 is built on a suburban chassis
