Football card appraisal

I dont know much about football cards, or just about any cards at all, but for some reason I have 20 football cards and I was wondering if they are worth anything at all.

The brand is Upper Deck.
All of the cards have a shiney "MVP" in the right hand corner, and other shiney designs on the card
19 of them are BRONZE MVP, one of them is a Silver autograph Emmit Smith MVP card

are these worth anything? I would scan if I could

they could very well be. you should check your local sports or trading card store. go and ask them how much they would give you for them. if they say more then 10 for any single card put it on ebay. j/k but really go to a card store and ask them what the cards are worth, or check out barnes and nobles for some colletors magazines. they should have price guides.
