I am totally addicted to this game, and there are some great opportunaties to take some cool screenshots in the game. So I figure, hey, lets show some off! (plus im really bored right now)

I didn't really like UT3. I didn't like UT or Q3 either. Quake 2 and the original Unreal I played forever though. CS just got me addicted to a different kind of FPS gameplay.

Not big on any of the Unreal games. I've always been a Quake man. I'm talking the one & only quake. Not the crap that was 2, or 3.

Been there, done that. Got the t-shirt, and the panties but they started to chaff so I gave them to my sister... Very nice screen shots! Yeah, I too was addicted to Unreal Tournament when I first got it(not 2003 mind you, the original one) but then it got old after a while and I bought Counter-Strike. Wow, that right there is the most addictive game you will ever play. You should give it a try sometime. Here is a screen shot of when I was playing and the server had Chicken Mod on(turns the losing team into chickens, they can only knife)

Sorry about the size... If I make it smaller then it gets really distorted. Note: this isnt me playing, I took it while spectating. My gamma was turned really low so its hard to see the chicken he's shooting at.

haha chicken mod! i loved that. awsome screenshot. As far as CS goes, it was the reverse for me. I played CS sooooo much I got bored with it. MantisMag can vouch for that! lol, used to go over to his dorm room all the time and play CS till 2am.

But then I got Unreal, loved that but my video card started to hate it and I couldnt play anymore. Then I went to Soldier of Fortune II and personally I think that took the CS type of FPS to the next level. I think anyone that loves CS will love SOFII. Highly recommend it.

Hey NTN if you've got UT you can download and play Infiltration which is alot like CS although in my mind I feel it's a much better game. They're working on a mod for UT2K3 as well. Great game and great community, although not as large as CS but hey, it's free (if you already have UT).

Also if you've got Quake 3 already download and play Freezetag. goto planetquake I believe and you can get it there..or just goto fileplanet and do a search for it.

Of course these are only good mods if you already have one of the two games (UT or Q3). As far as freebies go not sure what else there is out there that'd suit ya.

I played CS for 3 months and became disgusted with it and anyone who plays it. My roomate playes it around 3-5 hours a day, and when not playing it watches text-based versions of the games, or looks at tips and tricks pages, or watches videos of clan matches, or sits and waits to play it. Yet, he still sucks. It's disturbing.
