I need a copy of last week's Sopranos

My model isn't listed there, but its a Sony, and most of the Sony's seem to support DVD-R, so that works.

But I was more referring to the file format. I know with CD's you have to convert to VCD format before it'll play in a DVD player. Can you just burn normal MPGs to a DVD and it'll play in a DVD player?

Um I think you have to use a specific compression. It'll be included in the software the DVD burner comes with. Forget the name of it right now.
