    Annoying music in commercials

    I'm watching TV and for like the 3rd time in the past hour they show the Nissian Maxima commercial where the Maxima is driving at the sun going down. It's not so much the commercial as that annoying song. The one where the girl keeps going "da-da-da-dada..." I just want to scream profanities. What the hell is the name of the song? Eho sings it? I want to strangle her!!!

    Sorry. Just had to vent a little and I was wondering if anyone else has this problem with commercials.

      MAXIMAS ARE COOL! hehe, a maxima is gonna be my first car.

      of course... i'm gonna buy the '98 maxima SE and not a 2003 maxima SE... lol... I kinda gave up on buying a Corolla GT-S because I can't find one to buy...

          The song's name is "Tom's Diner" by Suzanne Vega. Actually, when she originally recorded the song it was an all accoustic version on her album. Then, these guys in England named DNA got ahold of it and remixed it...putting the phat beat behind it and making it move more. Thus, it is officially known as "Tom's Diner: DNA Remix." I really like that song myself...I think it's unusual and cool at the same time, but, to each his own. And yes, I am the king of useless knowledge.

              actually radio commercials really get me. I listen to the radio at work all day and sometimes I'll go to a dead stop of whatever I'm doing, just to change the channel so I don't have to listen to it. For example the Aritha Franklin(sp) milk commercial.
