I know a kid who went 4 or 5 days without sleep. He went through an immense amount of mountain dew and such. Also, everyone on the floor would scream at him if he looked like he was nodding off.

I once went 3 days without sleep. I had a project that I knew about for 2 months and it was a BIG project. After the 3 days, I counted thirty-some Dr. Pepper bottles. I even got a 91% on the project. So far, I've been awake for 2 days now, just finishing all the projects that I'm aware of.

If I'm not mistaken, somewhere after 70 hours of no sleep, you begin to show signs of "clinical dementia" and after 80 hours you can be hospitalized agaist your will if you appear to be posing as a threat to yourself.

I know exactly how you feel mate, I used to work 23.5 hours straight on a Friday/Saturday. Start work at one job in a warehouse at about 6:30am Friday, work till 4:00pm with an hour lunch break, then start work at a nightclub at 4:15pm, and work through till close at 6:00am Saturday morning, with only a half hour break. Needless to say, there were plenty of cans of Red Bull and Guarana tablets downed...
