On hindsight, it's scary that they sell these things. I'd hate to see what would happend if some terrorists, or hostile nation, got their hands on this. Not so much to the states, but other places accross the world. They'd be spotted & turned into mush in no time at all if they tried something here. But, bases, ports, etc. that aren't mainland would be Much more vulnerable.

i'm not horribly worried about something like that to be quite honest. we have a microphone that system that can track individual whales on the other side of the globe. i'm guessing that our military would be keeping pretty good tabs on whomever decides to pick up a surplus russian sub.

You can go get it free. Just get a salvage team to the bearing straight (or in the North Pacific) and go search for it. The Kursk has been blown up (nuclear reactor trouble) for a long time. Also there are no docks in Moscow.

HP: I sell naturally no Russian atom/uboot - actually I wanted to sell a Benz - this however at short notice otherwise sold - I hope it you a little amused - the indicated data am by the way accordingly to the reality.
Thats what it said at the bottom lol. Also look at the url http://hosted.enhanced-design.de/eba...atomuboot.html that is not a real ebay auction.
