Gun Distributor found partaily liable but not the kid who pulled the trigger!

Ok, this is probably gonna piss alot of people off, but I have to say this. Alot of teachers bring these things apaun themselves. I know many teachers that actualy try to make the class almost imossable to pass and when you try to ask for help they are complete A-Holes about it, I have had many teachers that accused me, didn't help me, gave me a bad grade because they didn't teach the material properly, and just generaly made me feel stupid and they pissed me off the the point where I wanted to hurl a rock at their face, luckily I have good self control. But obviously there are people that don't. Therefor I think that if teachers would stop trying to be hard assed, and trying to feel superior, there would be alot of less occurances of stuff like this. I am not saying that this man or any teacher deserved to die, I am just stating what I have thought of.

actually there are some teachers like what inf. said not alot but a few.... i have a teacher that gets on to me for just breathing the wrong way! and he doesnt even try to read my work because he says i need to learn how to write! i mean i try really hard and he wont evev TRY to read it or ask me to read it! its frustrating! and theres no slack its not my fault that i cant write where he can read it i try my best and i can read it just fine and even others can! its total BS! its not like i purposly write where he cant read it

yes we should make guns less dangerous. we should make it so they can't kill people. oh wait. that would make them defective. aren't we suing them for being defective? that's right. are poorly built and unreliable. well they should make them so they work properly then. oh no. that would make them more dangerous. i'm so confused.

Kinda OT I know, but ignorant? I stating something I noticed, if teachers would stop pissing people off because they can, and yes teacher DO do that, then alot of people wouldnt be mad at them.

ok... why are they suing the gun manfacutre. it wasn't there fault that the teacher got killed. was it no. was it the distributor fault that the teacher got killed. no, they why is the family sueing then. was it the grandfather fault that the teacher got killed. no. it was the kids fault that the teacher got killed. did any one tell the kid to kill the teacher. nope. i hate people that are money hungry.and now a days you can't call someone a name cause then they might sue you. people are sue happy. and the lawyers are just as bad. i don't know if any one has heard of this but someone is trying to sue all the fastfood places cause they gave him two heartattacts. and he said that they should of told him that he should eat fastfood. they if the fastfood places told him that he couldn't have the food then he might sue the fastfood places. this makes me wish that people would just grow up and responcibilty(sp) for ther actions.

They didn't sue the manufacturer... they sued the distributor.... the manufacturer has been out of business for 11 years.

I think it's rediculous that the widow won the civil case against the distributor. Is it their fault that the gun was sold to someone who wouldn't follow proper safety procedures in storing it? Is it their fault that the gun was stolen? Is it their fault this kid didn't like his teacher? It sounds like someone needs to be hit with the yardstick of enlightenment.


BTW, it's times like these that I wish I listened to what my mom said.

Yea sorry it was my fault for using Manufacturer instead of Distributor in the title...will fix that now.
