About joining

I feel everyone can join. The way that I look at it, you should be able to sign up even if you did not make it to an event yet. But you will need to make one. Your membership would just be put on suspension (or something like that) or probation or something.

This would be up to Riotz, but I feel we should do it this way.

So basically, you can sign up, but you would not be a true member unless you attend an event. You would be a suspended member with not privilages until you fulfill this requirement.
