after the thanksgiving day feast, i look on the table and what do i find??

1, chocolate mousse pie
2, vanilla pie
3, assorted berrie pie (blue, straw, ect ect)
4, apple pie
5, pumpkin pie
6, bread pudding (yes.. it counts as a pie )
7, cheesecake, it should be called cheese pie


i had at least one slice of each of them... what was your pie lineup??

Around these parts we eat around mid day. Noon or so. And those of us with multiple families that we have to visit may even do two of these functions and one of those may be later in the evening! In most cases a noon one that results in a later "picking" of the left overs around 7 or 8 is good. Between ball games and all...

I made 2 Key Lime pies and brought them over to moose's family's house for Thanksgiving dinner...or lunch...and they were gone in a second...I was soo proud!

...that and coffee cake and cookies and grilling stuff are about the only things I "cook" really well right now!

Thank God for George Foreman grills, that's all I have to say!
