                no. this is where i live. sll year round. have lived on a boat for about 10-11 years now. its pretty cool. I live on the mississippi, about 5 miles south of St Paul... around Mile 831 of the river if anyone cares.
                the wintertime sucks. because we have water tanks (you can see one of them through the little door) and they need to be filled once a week, and its always a cold day that they run out... have to drag about 100 yards of hose out, and then drain and recoil it when theyre full.
                we have a regular house furnace, Propane. so it doesnt get cold. i dont know why but people always assume it gets cold inside. everyone asks, Doesnt it get cold? they could be standing inside when its 10* out, and they still ask. go figure.
                We live in a marina, with Power and cable and phone all plugged in.
                My room is a bit small, but if all you do is sleep there, it aint so bad.
                Only real thing i can complain about is there is no room for a dog. and if there was we dont have much space for them to be out and active. and a dog cramped up with nowhere to go is wrong.
                i dont like signatures. so i turned them off. AO is much better this way.
