      I get sick of christmas..

but here's what I burnt to Cd for alternative or original x-mas music, without loosing the holiday spirit

Mr Snow Miser - no author (beats me where this came from I just found it

Christmas vacation - national lampoons christmas vacation (take a guess where this one came from )

      Christmas Rock - beats me

Jingle bell Rock - beats me

Also for alot of good X-mas tunes look up the soundtrack to kevin alone at home

Crimson.. You may even want to consider deleting the entire post, as those lyrics can be considered very offensive to a person of any of the faiths being 'criticized'.

A few years back here in CT, a local (but crappy) radio station took the song "It's Christmas Time in the City" (is that right?) and re-wrote it and made "Its Christmas Time in East Haven." Quite hysterical when you hear it. If I can find it I'll try and post it.

                  KROQ RULES!

                  Hey pbzmag,

The Kevin and Bean Christmas CDs rule! Unfortunately, I'm stationed in Arkansas and I spent the last 5 years in Japan, so I haven't gotten to hear KROQ for a verrrryyy loooonnnggg time...

I do have the cassette with Cindy Crawford--it's quite amusing.

Some of the songs that I can think of are:

                  Leon (Noel)--Bad Religion
                  Silent Night--Bad Religion
                  Good King Something or Other--Bush
Let Me Sleep (it's Christmas Time)--Pearl Jam
                  Christmas Piglet--Presidents of U.S.A.
                  Jingle Bells--Brian Setzer Orchestra
Christmas Wrapping--Save Ferris (not nearly as good as The Waitresses' original)

Holy crap, there are a lot more! I've got four of their Christmas albums (2 cassettes, 2 CDs)

Man, I miss Kevin and Bean...
I wish they would stream on kroq.com, dammit!

                  Oh well...

If you're into Punk at all the huntingtons sing a song called " it's always christmas at my house"

which by the way rawks! I love the huntingtons, all you ramones fans might wanna check them out, they are VERY alike.
