How do I make a sig pic?

Ok i know what your all going to say "but you already have a pic in your sig." yes thats correct i have a pic in my sig. But someone else created that and all i did was copy paste.

I guess what im asking is...is there a way that i can upload a personal design that ive made so i can post it in my sig?

yes. upload the pic to some server on the internet (make a free website if you have to) and link it there
