Nervous!

My name is Devil...

I'm 18 years old...

...in about 3 and 1/2 hours, I'll be renting (to buy) my own house...I'll be going to sign a lease and all anyways...

It's an older fixer-upper...but me and my roommates are really excited!

It has a POOL(yea!), 3 bed, 2 bath, big kitchen, laundry, living room, dining room...deck around pool...tool shed...good piece of land...ultimately a good starter home...but I'm really nervous...

it happened kinda fast...I just saw it for the first time on Monday...

so...I just wanted to be open with all of my family... and share some of my feelings...

(This summer...you'll all be invited! It'll be incorporated into the GA:AO meet at the first sign of pool ready weather! I just gotta talk it over with moose...)

Congrats! My question is, how on earth did you dig up enough money to buy such a thing? I'm 17, and I can barely afford my car, insurance, and paintball! Do you work two jobs?

I'm a waitress...I usually make decent $$, but I am getting another job...

As for paintball, I'll only be able to play after I ref. for a few days to earn my play...if not...then paintball will have to sit out a few games...

My insurance and car note are *kicking my butt*, but I'll be paying the same for this(b/c of good roommates!)...as I pay for the room that I rent now!

also...the new job'll help alot!

I'm just trying to get everything set up!
