Autosave 4 Autocad help

I just lost 5 hours of work.
Can someone tell me how to setup autosave so that it does it on its own???? You know what it's like.....working away & you forget to hit save

On 14 it's the "Tools" drop down. "Preferences" and then the "General" tab.
