Galaxies looks really good...but I don't think I want it enough to shell out the monthly fee.

I play Ultima Online with 2 accounts for $10. each.

If a game is good enough, its worth it. Just think of this. Most people go to a movie to kill time and have a few hours of enjoyment. Games like SWG and UO give you endless hours of play time for only $10 a month...not $16 for a 2 hour crappy movie.

You can blame somethings on a beta ... and it is possible that it is the issue, but even on my system I was able to get 10fps on the leaked Doom III alpha (not even able to claim its a beta) lol ...

And I only have the following;

PIII 1.2
1.5 Gig PC-133
ATI Radeon Pro 9000 128Meg DDR ...


Either way the game shots are nice, and dont worry we wont rat you out ... just loan us your username/password on the beta servers and all will be good lol

well that doom leak was pretty much like a pre-pre-alpha, and i think everyone that i know who had it didnt get over 15fps

I get like 30+ fps(sometimes 60) on UT. Its just that its beta.....

Thordic, Once i get more info, Ill just PM ya, I think im going to delete my first 2 post because I dotn want to get booted from beta for breaking the rules.
