not that bad, at the end of this winter i'm going to start looking for a similar truck like that but a chevy or GMC (not too much a a ford person). but it looks pretty nice. does it have the 302ci or 351ci?

          famous straight 300 baby!

really is a great engine. These things'll go for 300-400k if you treat em well. The rest of the truck probly won't last that long tho. The engines get decent gas mileage for a bigblock, and will never let you down. One of the most reliable out there. Probably the best all round truck engine ford ever made. I would only take a 460 over it.

When I bought my truck('66 C10 on a '75 blazer chassis, 38" Boggers, big ole 440 under the hood, and a fairly nice cabin that even my girlfriend liked) last september, my dad took it immediately and gave me his jeep. I hate my Jeep because it's a little wiener. I'm gonna save up though and either get an early nineties 250 superduty powerstroke or a mid eighties Porsche 928 or 944. Either way, they are gonna get done showroom syle with huge sound...

                But yea, nice truck rhetor.

                      Thanks guys!

My dad's old F-250 had the 460 in it. That was one huge engine. Got about 8 mpg.

                      Love da trucks.

I don't get my license for a few weeks tho. Its somewhat good though, i have a bout $2500 left to go on the truck, and its nice not to have to pay insurance.

Bad pic of horns n lights for you lazy people

I went boarding at Breckenridge(sp) yesterday and there was some kind of snowboarding competition there and ford was one of the sponsors and they had one of the most badass trucks I have ever seen. It was and F350 superduty. The thing about it was that it was on treads. Instead of tires it had four treads. It had air shocks with an awsome underneath design. To support the lift there were big alluminum billet crossbars cut to look like frames. Awsome paint job too. Wish I had a camera. It was made by some company called trenzs I think. I was talking to the ford rep who donated the truck and he said that it actually worked and they took it up the ski run after the resort closed the day before. Ill try to find some pics of it.

yeah i've seen those track things before. They make them for other types of trucks too. Pretty nifty, altho its not very nice driving down the highway i'm sure

nice horns rhetor22!! I bought a cheap set at C.A.P. for $25 for under the hood, they aren't too bad for the money. I love my truck though, i might need to get rid of if due to the gas millage. It's a '89 chevy K2500 4X4 with a 350ci(best engine ever!!) and a TH400 trany (thats a 3 - speed automatic, one of the best trany's ever made, just doesn't have overdirve). To top it all of it has a 4:10 rear end and a 8' fisher plow, therefore it's a bear on the highway but a powerhouse, the top comfortable driving speed is about 50mph and gets around 9mpg. the only reason i need to sell it in the spring is because i need something that can handle the highway. And by the way, the straight-6 300ci is one of the best thing ford ever made.
