there are several ways, but basicaly, from VHS, you need a video capture borad or hardware, to play the tape and capture it to AVI or the like, tehn convert it to mpeg with a differenc codec and sodtware and then bur a dvd.
That is the basic lesson. it is really not as easy as many make it out to be. it helps if you are wanting to burn dvd's from DV, or maybe even 8mm, but that analogu tapes need to be captured (probably), unless your VHS desk has a firewire output or something.
Probably not very helpfull, but this is something I know a bit about and it is not a setup to get into for the feint of heart or non-geek.Thanks, Brent "RamboPreacher" Hoefling, CPPA founder
