This is a true story. I ordered Around $500 worth of paintball stuff the 12/11. They said they shipped 12/12. They also said it would only take 4 days to deliver. It is now the 8th day. And there costomer service can only be emailed and canbe called almost never. I still dont have my stuff and probly wont for christmas. Then they say they will garentee a email response in 1 day. They lied on that too. They gave me the wrong tracking number and thats only half of it. I ordered my stuff from paintballgear.com. Is that the most crap you have ever heard of? now i wont have my stuff for christmas. I will only have pants that i ordered from dye. Im never ordering from those pos's again!!

yeah, they have pretty lame Customer service. however, they probably have a lot of orders to fill. ur prob on backorder or something

Yeah I have also had bad expierinces with pbgear.

SOme of my stuff was but they told me that they would shipp the order that was in stock and backorder the rest

they told me that once when i ordered a n2 tank and a drop they sent the drop then tried to charge me extra to send the tank. I told them forget it and canceled it. They are horribal when things are back ordered(i waited 3 months before the tank get in)

i have paintballgear.com, i ordered a harness and they gave me an email saying it was discontinued, but that they would still give it to me, and the order status is still being processed. i dont know what the hell is wrong with them

first i thought it was just me. now i know its them. they probly didnt really send it the 12th like they said. Also i was on hold for 3 hours then they disconneced me! Last time i ever order off them. 888 was good but now it take half an hour to load one page

Yeah...some buddies of mine ordered a couple hundred bucks worth of stuff from them about 2 or 3 weeks ago...they were backordered on the Halo's. Don't know if the rest will arrive by Christmas or not.

one thing just poped into my head, you prolly had them ship via UPS Ground. ups ground isnt garonteed for ANY dates now as noted by the post in the Paintball Talk forum by AGD. they may USUSALLY have 4 day delivery from Chicago to your location, but NOW with CHRISTMAS they may not...just a thought

i hate pbg

last time i order some mag parts from then. it took then over 3 months to get my new trigger frame, and body rail. and when i would call then up they would put me on hold, and they i would get disconneced me. i would go with skan-line , 888 paintball btt-paintball or g3pb.

I usually use 888 because they have a warehouse in jersey, in other words i get stuff like within 2 days no matter what shipping charges i choose

i have ordered countless things from paintballgear.com and love there service. i ordered a tank while back on monday morning and was shipped same day had it buy wednesday afternoon. on there site is all there tracking info tells ya what stuff is sent and avialible
if it is backordered i would cancel.
