                            They were pretty standard:

                            males were:
                            -20 pushups in 1 min
                            -30 situps in 1 min
                            -a minimum of 10 inches for a vertical standing jump
                            -pass/fail an Agility test, which was lay flat on the ground on your stomach, and on Go! get up and run back and forth between these cones in a specific path.
                            -1.5 mile run in 17 minutes


                            That was it, but of course giveing 110% is important. I blew it away even being sick with the Flu only 2 days before. Believe it or not there were some who failed it!
