computer problems...still

i still cant play dvd's on my computer!!!

in fact interactual player wont work at all!!! it says to adjust color and screen depth and i did all that and still natta!!! then i went to the site and followed all the intstructions there and still nothing!!!! i am now at a loss for what to do somebody please help!!

Yea u kinda need those but im guessing u have one, if it came with your system like a dell or a gateway call them up they can help ya

Dont call dell, they wont help you. Call the manufactuers of the DVD rom drive, IE, Sony, Yamaha, ect..

If you can read regular cds, then its the player..
I use powerdvd, mostly because I had like 5 copies..
It pretty kewl
