The post office must love me.

My mom gave me a whole bunch of "make up" stamps she's bought over the past few years. You know, the ones the post office issues when they do a rate increase.

Well, I figure I should put them to good use.

I have no qualms about slapping a whole bunch of stamps on an envelope.

Here you see three 10 cent stamps (when the heck were these issued?!)
three 2 cent stamps, and one 1 cent stamp, for a grand total of... 37 cents!



Yeah, I'm sure i'm going to get something completely mangled by "machinery problems" if I keep it up.

Just wait till I have a whole buch of 1 cents left over...

ehh I recognize those stamps... those are umm at least 13 years old.

I remember those very distintivly cause they looked alot like a stamp I found in my grandpas toolbox and though maybe they were a like. But when I actually showed someone what i had it turned out to be upwards of 60 years old and thus colletors status. It was my first worthwhile stamp I had in my album
But yeah, those might not have been that far from making money either??

well, the bird one cent ones have a date on them 1995.

The other ones might be older, but i don't know. I still have a few of each one left.
