splinter cell help

ok guys, i'm totally stuck on the cia level, i cant get into the building!!! i need some help cus this is sooo annoying me. thanks.

also, it needs to be really detailed cus i will mess up otherwise.

when you first start off you're out in the courtyard. With the building on your right side walk straight towards the little road. go across it. now turn right and go down the fenceline. You'll come up on a little fenced in area. Climb over that fence. Get on top of the box that's in the middle of the fence. Jump towards the building and grab onto the ledge. when you're looking at the two squarish things you want to jump towards the left one.

when you get onto the left square walk up to the wall and the action button should pop up so you can open up the grille and walk right in.
