AWSOME GAME!!!!!! if anyone has played super metroid for SNES and liked it this is the game for you. they time you on how long it takes you to get through and so far ive been playing it for 8 hours and i'm less then halfway done. this game is worth buying a cube JUST for this game. anyone else play it?

Hell yea bro its the only game i got for my cube but God its awsomei have only been playing it for 2 hours or thats my elapesed time but man its awsome best game for the cube by far

i think it was ranked top in the world in some category. if you need any help ask me. i got confused in the hall of elders in the phedridra drifts (sp?) and bought a players guide. the guy at the counter knew what room i was in when i went to the counter to buy it. youll know the room. it has a colum you have to climb up then 4 statues, a frozen fountain and a baracade on the door.

i bought it when it first came out. beat it in a week. i'll look up how many hours later and let you know. metroid prime looks nothing like what you expect it to. it's freaky! hehe.

I've been playing for 9 hours but I am only 40% through.

I haven't been trying to go through it as fast I can, but I think I am doing alright.

Super Metroid on snes has always been my favorite game. Maybe I have found a new favorite

I'm currently in the phazon mines, those energy troopers are way annoying...

btautomag, you bought a players guide? BOOOO!!! just kidding, but try and use it as little as possible, or else it takes away from the game! and I got confused at that puzzle too, I thought you had to melt the ice on the chozo statue (the big one with his hands) and I was probably trying to figure that one out for 15 mintues haha

i basicly use the maps for reference. not the accual guide. good for finding those hidden missles and power cells

12:57 76% of the items. there's a lot of stuff that you have to remember to go back and get after you have the right items. i didn't bother.

Metroid was the first game I got with my Cube. Best game right now out, but also the hardest (IMO). I've had it about 3 weeks and only have about 20% done, but given that I really haven't played it much in that time frame because I got 3 other games afterwards and got sidetracked. On the subject of Gamecube, what are some of your guys favorite games? Both Jedi Outcast and Star Fox are 2 of my favorite. Star Fox Adventures is nothing like old Star Fox games, it's a lot like Zelda for 64.
