I would be devastated if my cat died, he's getting old so I know it's coming too. I feel sorry for anybody that loses a pet.

i havent lost any cats, but i do feel your pain in losing a pet that you love.

i grew up with a guinea pig named brownie, she was the best pet a kid could have, and one day, i woke up, and she was stiff and wasnt moving, and my parents told me she was dead... i buried her in my backyard with a pic of me. i feel your pain man, and just keep your memories, and be grateful that you had a great friend, and that she is going on to a better place.

I agree....Its just a cat. They have no personality. I have 2 of them and can't wait for them to go. A dog is different. They show real affection.

One time while driving down a dark dirt road, I ran over 3 little kittens that ran into the road. It was like bump,bump,bump. My girlfriend at the time was hysterically crying. There just cats. You can get them anywhere. Thats why people are always trying to give them away.

and to CasingBill and Star_Base_CGI - it's okay if cats aren't your favorite pet, but this is definitely NOT the thread to be bashing them. If you lost your dog or whatever, you'd be pretty upset, and even more so if other people belittled dogs in general. For god's sake, give it a rest. Losing a pet is losing pet is losing a pet, it sucks.
