    Evil Dead 4

    today i found out that there will be no evil dead 4. and i am a huge evil dead fan. i have the evil dead lunch box and other evil dead crap in my room. i was really glad when i heared the rumors that an evil dead 4 was coming out and today i was heart broken. when here is a linky tells whats up for you evil dead fans

      i read the title of this and i was so happy thinking there was going to be an evil dead 4 since ive never heard anything. just to open it up and find the sad truth.....

          great movies as they were, maybe things are better this way. at least this way, they wont taint the series *cough godfather III *cough*

                  been a BCampbell fan for a long time (got a signed picture some years back), and thought I really liked AOD (a big step from EDI/II, at least in my opinion, much better); I never did see any way that there would be a AOD II. It was just not very popular. Most people just don't like that kind of think. (gimme some suger baby! Come get some!)

                      Good! Given the current state of hollywood they would have probably screwed it all up! Sam Rami has moved on to more and better - and so has bruce Cambell. Another evil dead movie would just probably end up sucking.

                          First off, thats VERY old ... thats been on his site for ages.

                          Both Bruce and Sam have thought about doing Evil Dead 4 actually recently ... Sam Raimi even mentioned in an interview that after Spider-Man 2 is done he might consider it just to do it for some fun (since he could get backers and have full creative control right now).

                          So its in Limbo .... cause both he and Bruce have said that if circumstances were right and they'd get the control they wanted they might consider it (because Army of Darkness got too messed up during production due to studio demands).

                          So we'll see ...
