always happy for "those that can". We have wanted a child, and have been trying adoption, but because we have both been previously married and I am really old (over 40), that door has just not been open to us yet. I am very happy for you!

Congratulations. If it's a boy, might I suggest the name Timmee, or maybe Steve? :)

Congratulations Heather, that's very cool. I also think it's very cool you named your daughter Athena...I'm a fan of uncommon names and that certainly qualifies. If you have a son you could name him Apollo. J.K. Actually, you should name him Andrew...it being Greek and meaning "Strength". It's a great name, for..um..no particular reason....

If it's a girl, well, I think Artemis is in order!

                        Congratulations Heather.

Now here's the wierd part....my wife's name is also Heather. And we are expecting a baby in July.

So when I saw this announcement, it made me happy. :)

                        Again, congrats!

You've got some cool names. Somewhat on the esoteric side, but cool nonetheless.

                                3 things to remember
                                1) Make sure that it's fairly short if you have a long last name.
                                2) Make sure it's not something he/she could be made fun of. (Nobody wants to be named Dick for the rest of their life)
                                3) Make sure it's something they can have a cool nickname from.

My vote for boy is Logan. (X-Men character. WAY COOL)
My vote for girl is Chloe.
