    Ok, this is easy...

In therapy, a PSYCHOLOGIST focuses on the Mental aspects, as opposed to Biological issues.

Reverse taht, and you've got what a Psychiatrist does

    Principle- A rule, standard, etc.

Principal- Like a school principal. One who holds a presiding rank.

    Except- With the exclusion of

    Accept- to recieve.

As for usage, it should be pretty self- explanatory
I'm way too old for this ****.

Also a pychiatrist is a doctor of medacine as well as psychology. A psychologist is just a doctor of psychology. The big differance is a pychiatrist can write prescriptions while a psychologist can't. I'm pretty sure that's the differance.
