Sparq: cphilip is right, as usual. We get so little snow in the South that to spend money on trucks and such would be stupid. We get, maybe a foot of snow a winter, usually in two or three storms. We've gotten more this year but we didn't get any last year or the year before (they did however cancel school on account that the weather forcasters were "sure" that we'd have a huge storm. We did- it rained for two days and never dropped below 40 degrees).
But how would Ottawa handle say 95 degrees with 100% humidity. I bet they would cancel school.
