dont know about the car is rice yet...
if you can remember the standards of past threads you should realize that this is a rice in the making.....
he's got the spoiler thought...so he's almost there
a couple more stickers and he will fit in the category
and yes the rims are blackish...they are stock rims.

New, stronger, gaudier, coffee-can-bred hybrid strains of rice are popping up everywhere..
Sure its got the nasty neuspeed sticker.. it's not so bad if he actually has it in the car.
The wipers I must say are nasty enhancements, and the wing is most likely useless (you never know though), but the rest is at least somewhat tasteful.
And you never know what he's got under the hood.***************************************

Actually yeah it does handle better. Keep in mind I have a completely tuned suspension system. Nothing really cheap
