AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
So here's a quick question...so Fry gets the art design...how does that art get transfered over to the actual grips? Not to have her reveal any secrets...I'm just wondering how complex is too complex for a grip design.
Maybe this isn't the forum/thread to make this comment, but it is a big part of the reason why I think Heather is worthy of a fan club. I just wanted to say that I appreciate the status reports that she sends me via email and PM. I almost never have to ask, or keep asking, she actually volunteers information and is very willing to work with me and communicate details of projects in the works and past and future projects.
I have worked with many airsmiths and custom products people for paitnball and let me tell you that this is the best I have ever dealt with.
I can deal with postponements and delays as long as I am told about them. It is especially nice when the custom product company/person initiates that communication and tells me wassup!! Why should I, the paying customer, have to ask why ther eis a delay??!?! In heather's case, there really hasn't been any undo delays, but her communications are extremely beneficial to me.
Yep. Thats what ive learned in running my Rainmaker store...100% satisfaction gets you a LONG LONG way. If everyone is happy with their order adn youre willing to help them with it even after they buy it, things will go much better(and theyll be a repeat customer--although I dont actually get too many repeats)
