I love In&Out! I usually order the DD before the lunch rush since the parking lot for most of the sites are small. It used to be a California thing, mainly a SoCal thing back in the days. It's one of the few resauraunts that is till owned by the founding family. Las Vegas and Arizona also have them. So, if your in Vegas for the Vegas tourney, look for the Golden Arrow at 2900 W. Sahara Ave. Or just look for this sign:
