Herniated disk

My back is pretty screwd up
and i wont be able to play paintball
or any other sport ( soccer is my main
and favorite sport )

for about a month or 2
sucks
but everyone has to get injured
sometime.

Ouch

I feel for you man, I hurt my ankle and had to sit out of soccer for a while.
