I was actually thinking about starting a poll like this also. We have the other thread (Anti-Marijuana ads
) with all the discussion, but I would like to see the numbers.

I've never used it but I mean i don't think its any different from ciggerates. If people are addicted to pot they are gonna get it what ever way they have to. Same if you make ciggerates illeagal. So why not legalize and save some poor addicts life.

I'm all for the legalization. The problem is, the Feds will find some way around it with an obscure loophole...like it's legal to purchase it, but not legal to own it.

i doubt it would happen and if it did like whats his face said there would be some loophole so that people cant have it anyways..

Let's start here,

Tobacco: addictive, no medicinal value
Marijuana: non addictive, medicinal value

What's next, the "4 joints is equal to a pack of tobbacco"? Let's not forget, 4 joints, at one a week is a month. Where as the normal person ADDICTED to tobbaco will smoke a pack a day.

So I'd like to know where you got this "5x worse" number.

Rick, actually some of your information is a bit off. It has been proven that they ARE addictive.... for more information feel free to read the other thread on this issue.
