    I hate Blockbuster

I rented Mech-Assault from Blockbuster and somehow managed to lose it.. (although I think it was stolen by one of my "friends") anyways I called them up and they wanted me to pay some ridiculously high price (over retail) for a really beat up copy of a USED xbox game. Sorry for taking up space i'm just venting....

(If anyone has a copy of Mech-Assault they want to sell me for cheap I would be very greateful)

Yeah, I know, I worked there for over a year. You also have late fees tacked onto the retail price. So, depending on how late it is, you may have quite a few fees. But yeah, Blockbuster is an evil corporation. (So's the corp. in my sig! )

Every movie store does that ... its because they have to re-register a new copy with them, blah blah blah .. they make a guestimated total cost and charge you it. Its insane...

Luckily I pay 19.95 a month and I get Unlimited DVD rentals through them .. its like Netflix, but at Blockbuster so I dont have to wait for the mail stuff... it rocks!

        Sincerely,
        Dave K

Well I'm almost 90 percent sure that one of my "friends" stole it. You see I had a bunch of people over (about 16 or so, a few of them I didn't know) and we were all playing xbox. I'm positive that I left my copy of mech-assault in my xbox but when I went to play it the next day, there was no Mech-Assault..

well, Movie Trading Co. opened up around here, if you loose a game, they will charge you $35 (the used game price) minus the rental fee ($4.99) See if there is one in your area, movies and DVD's are half the price of Blockbuster, and the service is great.

This is funny. They upset him so much that he dedicated a website to them!

Because he undeniably returned the movie late. Pfft, what a fool.

I like Blockbuster actually, wish there was one closer..

New releases come out on Tuesday. Free 'classic' rental for every new release and every 10 rentals (including freebies) got us a free rental of choice. We'd get a new movie and get another free classic. And so the cycle continued.. 'Gold' membership and going in there every week had it perks.
