This is just spam, its no different then the paintball bucks a while back, or the post that come up about sending a dollar to people. What is the difference in that and this? If I put on of those threads up that say post this on 200 message boards and simple send 6 dollars to such and such and then you get rich you know it would be locked or deleted so whats the difference?
