      Assuming the picture is from a site:
      Right click on the image,click on "properties",copy the URL,then paste it into your post and put img before and after the URL like so:

      img]URL[/img] with a [ at the beginning.

          I don't think so.
          If I remember correctly the picture has to be hosted.
          Can someone who posts their own pics say how to go about getting their images hosted,because I don't know.

            Yes you can post pictures from your computer. Right above the submit reply button on the page where you enter your reply there is an attach file section, hit the Browse button and find the file on your computer.

              i did that already. but i want it to be a pic on the reply and not an attachment you have to download

                If you have the file location on your computer in the box beside attach file it should show up, like this,
