im in a argument with one of my friends and i cant find it online anywere. this thread might be inappropriate but its just a question. is oral sex technically sex under national laws? or state laws i dont know, i live in michigan if that matters

I don't know about michigan, but in NC the only sex that is legal is in the missionary postion in the home owners master bedroom. Yes its true.

Well, this will prolly get closed, but, any sort of sex outside of marriage, and thats isnt face to face, is considered sodomy, which, if your state has blue laws, is technically illegal. These are laws that were made by our forefathers, in accordance with the thinking at the time. Are the laws enforceable? In most cases, no. Is it considered sexual? Yup.

Acording to dumb laws oral is allso considered a law against nature in NC

its also illegal for any member of the military under the UCMJ (uniform code of military justice) and we can get thrown in the brig or busted down rank or even discharged (not that it ever stops anyone)

if you're talking about being too much older than her and falling under statutory rape laws. then yes oral definitely counts no matter what state you're in.
