In many states, oral sex is under sodomy laws. Therefore it is illegal. Now, no police officer is going to enforce this rule unless your doing it out in public.

In VA its 3 years (Just covered it in Ciminal Law. Who knew that one of my calsses would actually be useful? )

LittleKrems: Just go to the library and ask wher the legal codes are. Look up the sexual crimes (check sodomy first) and it will tell you. Should only take 10-15 minutes.
