Question about a car

Does anyone know anything about the Infiniti G35 Coupe. Here is its edmunds profile.

Car and driver has it as a top 10 car. I was wondering has anyone driven this car.

Any info you know would be appreciated.

That would be sweet, though would have to get roll bars.

Infinity's are great cars, I think it'll be sweet... If I could afford one, I would go with a Lexus though... just personal preferance for me... just don't get a BMW... EVERYONE here in CO owns a BMW, its sickening...or beautifal, whatever your into.

My dad has the G35 Sedan (260 HP) with all the options, and it really is a beautiful, well done car. Very quick, excellent on gas for a car with 260 HP, the interior is nice, and the GPS system is well thought out and easy to use. The auto tranny seems pretty smooth (haven't driven a manual yet) but don't ask me about the tiptronic or shiftronic or whatnot system is has, i refuse to use those things. It just seem unnatural to manually select a gear without taking your foot off the gas and pushing in a clutch, but thats just me i suppose.

Nissan

You could go the Nissan Z if you want the coupe. It is the basically the same car but cheaper. You would sacrifice a few things (Nav system, etc.), but it would be a more hard core sportscar!

I would get the Z but it doesn't have a rear seat, and it is a little bit smaller then the G35.


Being 6'4 I need leg room, and the G35 I do think has more leg room. (something I don't get in my KIA )

ewwww.....even though the G35 is almost exactly the same as the 350z, i'd never buy the nissan. probably the same reason I'd get a lexus but not a toyota......maybe it's the image thing, or maybe it's that nissan and toyota just seem like such cheap little cars (yes I'm generalizing I know). but i guess it's all a moot point..... Chevy and Ford make my dream cars!

I use to like Ford and Chevy. But IMO their quality has gone down some.
