Can Anyone Help Me Make a New Sig?

I have Kodak Imaging, and Arc Soft Photo studio 2000,
but neither will accept GIF Image's for editing.
I have copie's of the image's I would like to use in my Sig,
but no way of editing them into a usable Sig Image.
Can Anyone Help Me?

I dont know how to keep gifs animated and edit them, or atleast I dont have the software to do that..
Do you mind if it ends up un-animated?
On a side note, WOW thats alot of images

I think the pie thing can be bottom layer,
If the flag GIF won't work we can drop it
although it would be nice to have.
Frymarker GIF, and AO-WI are essential.
I spent about 3 hour's trying to get this stuff
into my photo program's and had no luck whatsoever.
