                                  Aww that rocks!! Soo cute!! Congrats!

                                  I have two ferrets, in a while you will agree that one is not enough. Load_SM5 has 3 or 4 I believe.

                                  And NO they do not "smell", only if you don't clean thier litter pan for a month. People walk into my room and look at the cage and ask "whats in that?" When I tell them two ferrets they are amazed because they too thought they smelled.

                                      Ferrets are so cool. My friend has to and they're so funny. Can't you get they're scent glands removed or something so that they don't smell?

                                          You can have them descented but I have 2 that are'nt and there has'nt been an issue with smell. That only keeps them from spraying. As Mango said, keep their litter fresh and change out the bedding every few days and you'll be fine. Ferrets are a great deal of fun. My 4 in one room could have enough energy to power a small city.
