Hey all my fellow AO-ers.What mech's are best to use on certain levels.Im on the one where u have to blow the ships up before the boats get out to sea.But all help is appreciated.Thanks.

I was going to get this game the other day but I ended up buying Ghost Recon. My friends play this game non-stop I can ask him.

Well, I played the game all the way through. It really depends on what kind of player you are. If you work better with a big slow powerful mech, then use that, if your fast and move a lot, then use a smaller weaker mech. You just have to play enough to find a mech you like. When you beatthe game, you unlock ragnarock, and it's awesome. It's got this big ole flame thing that beats everyone. It's so powerfull.Comment

I hate microsoft...they screwed up the series with that game, after butchering Mechwarrior 3.....ugh.

Now the big money question is... you did play this game to play on Xbox Live, right???
The single player is ridiculously easy, no matter what difficulty you choose, so the only point in playing the single player is to unlock the Ragnarok and Ymir for use in multiplayer. Multiplayer is really the only reason to get this game. It is the highest played Live game, other than the free demos that come with Live.
And as for your original question- I usually just took the default mech choice that they give you.
But if you hop on live, look for me playing MechAssault as Alkafluence of course...
BTW- Catapult players rejoice!!!! Bwuaahahha
