i was workin out today...and i was doin squats, had on 350 and this dummy took off all the wait on one side, while i was cleanin up on the other...smashed my hand and i think it fractured it...

okay lemme explain

i had 175 lbs on each side right? well i was picking up weight off the floor, cleanin the floor up of them on one side of the rack...and he was on the other one...he grabbs ALL of the weight off that side, and just yanks it off...

the bar tumbles top over, and smashes the hell outta me...

it was goin pretty fast, i saw it comin but didnt have time to relax. missed my head by 1/2 inch or so...close
