    Need Some Help...With Canada

    OK, I don't want this to turn into a total bashing of Canada(but its ok)

    I have a Canadian friend and she decides to go on how bad USA is and how much Canada is with things like crime, economy, etc, how USA and Americans suck in general(even tho she lives in TX...). So I need some reasons WHY DOES CANADA SUCK? Oh and where is that picture of the Shocktech anti-canada ad/sale?

              just tell her that wayne gretsky isnt so great. that will get any canadian fire up. oh, and ask her to spell something hard, like atrocious, or onomatopoeia. then, when they cant yell "THERES THE CANADIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM FOR YA!!!"

                  Tell her that her country's taxes are up the yin-yang.

                  ...and that no one wants to go to canada if they can get into the US.

                  Oh, higher gas-prices since Canada can't flex it's political muscle like the US can...

                  hmm... what else...

                  oh, we spell it "Checks" and not "Cheques" or whatever.


                  and if she thinks canada is so great, tell her to get the hell outta our country.

                                          What's wrong with Cretien? I think he's done a good job! Unless you want to make fun of his looks, or something.... hehe

                                          Anyways, she's right about the economy (we are performing better than all G7 countries), and crime (as it is significantly lower than the US). Also, I have not heard of serious problems with our educational system (BC's, anyway).

                                          But if you want to bother her, you could always go with the typical "eh," or weak military (if she even cares - I don't), or go off on Native issues or Quebec separatism, or that Canada owes it's existence partly to fear of the USA, or something...
