well, i nor anyone i know has ever had a problem with paypal and most online traders i know will only use paypal.

Ah yes, I'm sure that is a representative percentage of the paypal user base.

That's akin to saying that a murderer is not a problem because he hasn't killed anyone in your family.

The truth is that paypal is acting like a banking institution, without the FDIC insurance or any normal Banking regulations. Paypal can at any point take all of the money you have "deposited" in their service, for no reason whatsoever. They have done that in the past to users for being the victim of fraud.

im not saying paypal doesnt have issues, just i nor anyone i know has ever experienced them. mostly because i dont have money "deposited" into my account there.

Sounds like you are implying that they don't have issues to me.

I'm not trying to bash anyone except PayPal. I personally think what they are doing is illegal, but IANAL.
