Cheapest cell phone plans in CT?

Hey,

I'm wondering what you guys think would be the best cell phone plan to go with in CT.

I don't wanna pay more than $40 a month, and i want about 200-400 minutes anytime.

I've checked out Cingular and Nextel, so far cingular is looking a lot better... the Nextel is really expensive compared to it.

Anyone have any suggestions?

My truck is louder than yours. A lot louder.

service mostly sucks here in CT because of all the crap we get from NY. your going to have to pay extra for good service, but you can provably get the same amount of minutes with bad reception/service for the same price. its a trade off

SIG RULES SUCK REAL BAD AND THEYRE STUPID AND DUMB AND THEY STINK AND ARE STUPID AND I HATE THEM AND THEY SUCK REAL BAD
