a couple of weeks ago a guy told him he would trade his gun in exchange for my friends, so my friend shipped it to him over a week ago and yet no reply...

the gentleman decided to get online today, stating "you dumb f&** i got ur gun and you're just screwed" ...

i saw how you all helped a gentlemen out before that got ripped, now i'm asking you to do the same if at all possible...his age was stated at 22 and it may not be possible to find him, my friend has no money to reward for the return of his gun, but for God's sakes people, do it as being a good person! PLEASE! thanks

Man that sucks...However, your not lost and he is retarded, especially for stating what you said HE said online. Seeing as you have his address, call the police in that town! Then explain them the situation. It has helped people aplenty. Hope this helps. Also, I belive it is a felony, doing what he did.

the guy stated that it was not his real address, that he had it delivered to someone and picked it up, which i find highly unlikely, my friend is calling his local police department tomorrow, however ya'll are very smart here as i've seen before and i want some help finding this guy...

also, someone gimme that thread where they searched that guy down, so i can use it as reference, thanks

Even if he DID have it delivered to his friends, if the police show up on his friends doorstep, you think hes gonna hesitate to tell who picked it up?

No, Idont think you have to sign at there doorstep. If nobody is home they will just leave it there, but I think he is trying to push you from calling the police. You will get your gun back, or hell, fly out there and beat the crap out of him

My friend(we'll say guy #1) sent his gun to the bad guy to an address in California.

Okay, another guy who got ripped(guy #2) also traded with this fellow. However, he was told to ship to a place in Florida; however, USPS noted that his package was forwarded. I am assuming this was to Cali, but im not sure.

EXTRA TWIST : Guy #1 was told that the bad guy shipped first. So, bad guy gave my friend a tracking number, so my friend went ahead and shipped. However, after further looking into the matter, it was noted that the bad guy had sent his package to a place in, get this, FLORIDA...I'm currently trying to decide how these two are links, ideas? This guy is forwarding to California or something, not sure what he is doing or if it is a two-man operation, but something is kind of fishy here...anyways if you dont follow I can further explain, thanks

in the letter given to guy #2 about his package being forwarded, this is what was stated :

The package you requested to be sent to Orlando, Florida was Forwarded over to another a UPS station, This operation was requested by Abhar Namek, The operation of forwarding the package was at no charge to you.
