Tommyknocker maple nut brown and Tommyknocker Tundraberry. I don't know if these get distibuted outside Colorado or not, but if you get a chance to try a beer from the Tommyknocker brewery, you won't be disappointed. They have about six varieties, the Tundraberry and maple nut brown are just my favorites.

This is the most retarded thing I have ever heard, yet I hear guys say it all the time.

Personally, I am VERY picky about beer. I'll only drink good beer, and even then, only one or two glasses. Why? Because after a while you get those beer burps and all sorts of nasty aftertastes.

So what do I drink? Well, most bars around here have Hard Cider on tap, or at least in bottles, so I drink that.

Why do I have to drink something that I think tastes like piss (aka Coors Light and other cheap beers) when I can actually drink something that tastes good?

As for mixed drinks, you ever try something like a Malibu Bay Breeze? It tastes DAMN good.

See, this is where young stupidity comes into play, where people drink to be cool and to get drunk. I think people should drink whatever they like and not get shat on for it.

Beer is ok sometimes, but there is absolutely no point in saying that people who don't drink beer are "wimps".

But, if you feel the need, meet me at a bar someday, and we'll do shots of Bacardi 151 until you are laying on the floor. Then I'll walk home and laugh :)

I don't know how much sense that made, but as someone who generally doesn't drink beer, or at least not much of it, I figured I'd say something.

I agree that people should be able to drink what they like and not be chastised for being "whimpy." You know, the only thing that beer has ever given me that fruity drinks haven't is the desire to run to the bathroom at 7 o'clock the next morning and sit there for 20 minutes.

With no disrespect to my fellow Americans, our beer sucks. The best is a Newfoundland brew called Okeefe's Extra Old Stock with a crisp taste and beautifully dark gold color.

While talking about mixing food and beer. One of the best things to mix with beer is Oreo cookies. Take a good dark beer (darker the better) and just simple dip your Oreos in. It's better than milk!!!

Thordic, I'll take your 151 bet. When we are done we can both walk home. I use to drink that stuff quite a bit when I was younger, 151 and JD where the two bottles I always had on hand. Since then, I have cut back on the hard stuff and stick to good tasting beer.

I dont drink beer at all, and RARELY drink anything alcoholic. Too many calories, too much fat, and the alcohol in my blood screws up my lifts and cardio vascular training. But, if I do drink anything alcoholic, its usually either Long Island Ice Teas, Mikes Hard Lemonade or Smirnoff Ice. So I dident vote in the poll or anything, I dident want to mess it up. And if anyone tells me that its girlie to drink those drinks, so be it. We can take the argument outside if you like....

I think there might be a drop of something other than liquor in there somewhere... and they are made in those 16oz plastic cups.
